首先，在平时，要注意以下几点：

第二，听一些外国人正常语速的东西：例如VOA Special English，不但是入门英语中不可多得的听力材料，也是纠正发音的绝佳材料，可以安排时间进行学习。

英语听力不是听的时间越长就越好，而是需要效率，每天可以只听一个小时，甚至半个小时，但一定要保证这半个小时你是完全做的有用功。

第三，精听与泛听同步：挑选认为典型的材料精听，听一句复述一句。而泛听时要注意语速语调。根据自己的英语水平，购买权威的学习材料，在学会精听之后，建议学习者挑选一些认为典型的材料进行听写，或者对象跟读。

第四，习惯正常的语速，尽可能接触更多正常的原始音频。**、录音、广播是泛听，要去多接触原始音频，泛听目的是习惯正常的语速、语调，关注只有连续说话才会有的连续、略音。

第五，训练安定情绪，集中注意力。听力测试在检测考生正确理解口头交际语言能力的同时，也是对考生心理素质水平的检测。考生需要稳定心理才能沉着应答,发挥出正常的水平。而过于紧张焦急的情绪容易产生恐惧心理，有碍正常发挥，使听力反应速度变慢、把握信息的准确度会大打折扣。所以听之前(或发卷时)考生首先要安定情绪，排除杂念，集中精力，全身放松，保持竞技状态，把注意力全部集中在听音之上，做到充满信心，沉着冷静。同时松活动，比如做几次深呼吸。这一点在考试过程中也极为重要。

其次是考试过程中的状态。

发下试卷并填写完个人信息后，首先阅读听力题目，预测听力内容，做好充分的思想准备。

考生要利用试卷分发后和介绍每-节试题做法和播放每段对话或独白前的5--10秒钟的时间，及时、迅速地掠读题干和选项；

根据题干中的语言信息，预测对话或短文的语境、大意、人物身份等可能涉及到的内容;比较三个选项的异同，特别注意各选项中重复出现的词汇，从重复词入手，预测听的内容，并且可以确定听的关键(重复词以外的信息)；

这样听录音时就能做到有的放矢，有所侧重，提高答题的准确率。

在聆听题目过程中，找准关键词，把握整体意义。注意力一定要集中在整体内容的理解上，重在听懂每句话的意思和内涵，不要强求听清每一个单词， 而要抓住要点，联系前后内容，理解主旨大意，同时要特别倾听与所设置的问题相关的信息。

在听的时候，切忌纠缠在一-两 个没有听清楚的单词或陌生词语上，以致错失后面要听的对话和语篇的内容。

听不清时应马上放弃，要注重句子和短文的整体内容，抓住重点词语和要点，一边听一边把要点及回答问题的关键词记下来。

其中需要格外注意的包括以下几点：

1、敏感数字

高考英语听力中很多的题目音频中会涉及到一些数字，比如说年份，日期，价格,数量等都会以各种形式出现在高考英语听力中，这就要求考生在听英语听力的时候要格外仔细听其中的数字部分了。

2、识别关键词

考生在答高考英语听力时要学会通过音频对话中人的身份来识别出关键词，很多题目中考生可以通过关键词判断出的关系和各自的身份，那么，在阅读题目过程中就可以把注意力集中在这些地方。

3、事先预测
