二模是比高考难得。当然这是相对这几年以来高考的平均难度来说的，毕竟模拟考锻炼的是对考试的理解和解一些难题的能力。

我可以给你讲讲我那时候怎么复习的。

英语：每天复习一遍单词。2700左右吧，刚刚开始可能有点来不及看完，单遍数多了以后一天一遍还是挺轻松的。然后一天2篇完型5篇阅读

语文：我语文不是很好，复习也比较没头绪，基本就是背背古诗词，然后看看一些参考书上的字音字词（语文我一般睡觉前看，记得牢）

数学：数学如果你基础不是很好的话，可以选择放弃难题，主要就是做基础题，我那个时候基本就是2天一套，第一天做，第二天对答案，然后搞懂错题。当然如果你时间紧的话可以只做选择填空，毕竟选择填空的单题分数比是很高的，做好选择填空才能保证你一张数学试卷有一个好成绩

我是理科生。不知道你是不是读理科的。

作为上海孩子你还是很轻松的。。浙江是物理化学生物都要考的。。。至于这一门理科或者文科。还是要抓基础，你自己已经知道自己的成绩不是很好，所以无论哪一门课你都要做好对基础的复习，我的老师说，只要你能在高考中做出那百分之60的基础题，那么你这次高考已经成功了百分之90，因为剩下的难题不是你想做出来就能做出来的。

高考英语有什么答题技巧？

“二模”是高考之前重要的一场战役，学生和家长们习惯性参照二模的分数来填报志愿。二模成绩也常常直接影响考生在高考场上的发挥，因此，二模之后的首要工作应当是心态调整，并且，心态调整的工作更应该由家长来帮助孩子完成。良好的心态能调动学生积极地参与到后续的复习过程中。

1、正确看待二模成绩。

北京二模试题难度适中，较一模而言略有下降。部分考生会觉得成绩还不错，当然有这样感受的孩子获得了积极的动能影响，是好事情。我们更多的想给二模成绩没达到预期的学生们一些劝慰——请不要陷入自责和失落的泥潭。在没有真正上战场之前任何一次演练的成与败都不是最终结果，关键是查漏补缺。二模以后分数还有提升空间。

2、用合理的方法调整心态

心态调整的方法有很多，比如和父母一起出门散步，闲聊，把情绪释放出来；或者每天花十五分钟在学校操场上跑跑步、打打球，让身体释放出负向能量；也可以晚上睡觉前听舒缓的音乐，练一小段瑜伽。同时应该杜绝一些同学、朋友间的聚会以及暂时和课外爱好说再见，让自己身心都沉浸在学习氛围中。家长们在二模考试结束以后，无论对孩子的成绩心存怎样的想法都不该直接表露于颜面，这时候我们要更加平和，帮助孩子树立信念——二模后三十天的努力依然能的。

3、针对不同科目，掌握有效的策略

调整好二模之后的心态，更重要的是针对不同的科目，应该掌握不同的策略：

（1）语文

同学们会发现这样一些问题——病句的题还是错，诗词阅读仍然得分低，散文阅读同样难以理解，作文没有多大长进。这时候我们建议大家好好总结题型，把高三阶段经历过的重要考试试题拿来分类再做，以阅读为例，做过的现代文阅读再统一做一遍，这时不难发现，每篇散文阅读几乎都用到“象征”这个手法，而很多文章的题目本身就是象征。把握象征手法，理解文意就不会太难。

（2）数学

数学如果不理想，很多同学就一筹莫展，的确对于数学来讲，会就是会，不会就是不会。但同学们也不要灰心，二模后最应该把高三阶段考试题和历年真题中做错的题拿来汇总在笔记本上，每抄一个题目，就再把此题做一遍。做错题的过程是巩固掌握的不牢靠的知识点，强化解题技巧，把长期植根于脑中的错误思路扭转过来。同时，对于基础较薄弱的同学，二模后建议关注六道大题中的前四道。把前四道题型再多练练，争取把这四道题的分全部收入囊中。

（3）英语

二模以后试卷分析很重要。尤其把一模、二模的题拿来比较分析，找出遗漏的知识点，然后回归教材，好好复习基础。这种时候，无论是语法、单词、我们都关注不会的，不要过多重复已经熟练掌握的知识。同时，也该好好关注一下社会热点和时事。在阅读或写作中可能出现。

（4）文综

对于文综来讲，二模以后更加强调的是回归书本，在重读课本的过程中提炼出常考知识点，在大脑中建立起一个清晰的知识结构图。以地理为例：二模后更应该把自然地理按考题类型分别归纳总结，按模块提炼答题套路。历史、政治也应在回归课本的同时，总结常考题型，答题术语。

（5）理综

物理在二模以后更应注重基础的查漏补缺，边看书边总结考试要点。同时，关键在于曾经遗漏的知识点能被发现并掌握。化学的复习和物理有异曲同工之处，二模后需要仔细看书，把以前考试中出错的知识点好好记牢，二模前题型的训练已经达到一定火候，后期的基础查漏工作对于化学来讲必不可少。
